Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Fluent english (interviews will be in english);
  • Perfect portuguese (written test will be mandatory);
  • Previous experience in Customer Services or related areas;
  • International experience (academic or professional accepted);
  • Analytical skills;
  • Great oratory and public posture;
  • Personal laptop;
  • Commercial full-time availability;
  • Fast learner;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.

 

Preferred:

  • Data analytics knowledge;
  • Interest in Mobile marketing;
  • Living in Sao Paulo/Brazil (or possibility to move here);
  • Experience in the startup ecosystem/mindset;
  • Experience with an entrepreneurial business.

 

Responsibilities

  • In charge of customer satisfaction;
  • Onboarding and customer feedback actions;
  • Go to clients meetings (mostly in Sao Paulo);
  • Attend to customer calls;
  • Plan, test and act strategies.
